rude staff uncomfortable beds
the rooms felt old and worn the bathroom had ants the beds were uncomfortable i felt the staff were abrupt and not very cute at reception. i checked in and was told to come back later for the room keys then i had to wait for my bags. drinks and food seemed overpriced i really wanted to leave

a solid choice near the beach
excellent location ample space well-kept snooker tables
i stayed for several nights and found the location excellent, very close to many shops and restaurants. the pool area had plenty of space and offered a good spot to relax. i used the snooker tables, well-kept and readily available for a game.
the corridors on some floors seemed a bit dated, which could be addressed with some refurbishment.

The hotel had a beautiful pool area. It was right across the street from the beach! Breakfast included a large selection of good foods. There were eggs made to order, breads, fruits and also some Asian selections.
Maintenance involved drilling. The work was being carried out from 7:30 AM until 7:00 PM. I could not relax in my room. This was probably the worst maintenance experience I have ever encountered.

I loved the location. It was super convenient! the pools were great, with ample seating available. the staff were really helpful, and the rooms were clean!
I think the elevators could use some work. They felt quite dated and slow.

totally awesome family getaway!
amazing location short walk great room excellent breakfast
The location was amazing! it was yards from the beach and a short walk to local places. a quick taxi ride got me to other areas for a small fee. the room was a great size. Breakfast had many options. a tv and fridge were in the room too! the pool area is really good. the beach is right across the street!
the restaurant was very loud. i did notice some metal trolleys making quite a racket!

Family Time by the Beach
great location large pool good food
This location was great for our family vacation. we were close to the beach (just across the road!) and the large pool provided plenty of space for everyone. the breakfast was adequate. It had many options to satisfy most people. i found the pool restaurant provided good food, especially at lunch.
i found that more deep cleaning is needed. the rooms are spacious, but they need some updating. i hope the hotel management will consider this (maybe during the off-season?).
